02Services & Quotations

We provide piling, underpinning, and foundation services.

• Estimates: Initial estimates provided via phone or email are based on the information provided by you and are subject to site inspection and confirmation of ground conditions.
• Site Visits: A formal quotation will typically require a site visit to assess access, ground conditions, and specific requirements.
• Validity: Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Ground Conditions: Unless specifically included, our quotations assume standard ground conditions. Unforeseen obstructions or adverse ground conditions may incur additional costs.

03Client Obligations

To ensure we can perform our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the site, including access restrictions and known hazards.
• Ensure the site is accessible for our machinery and personnel on the agreed dates.
• Obtain all necessary planning permissions, party wall agreements, and other consents required for the work before commencement.
• Provide access to water and electricity where required, unless otherwise agreed.

04Payment Terms

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure a booking and commencement date.
• Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon completion of stages of work or full completion, as agreed in your contract.
• Payment Due: Payment is due within the timeframe specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with statutory regulations.
• VAT: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

05Cancellations & Delays

By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or safety concerns. We will endeavor to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

By You: Cancellations made by the client within a certain period prior to the start date may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred. Specific terms will be outlined in your formal contract.

06Liability & Warranty

• Workmanship: We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
• Insurance: We maintain Public Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000.
• Limitations: We are not liable for defects arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence by you or a third party, or failure to follow our instructions regarding the care of the works (e.g., curing times for concrete).
• Consequential Loss: Our liability is limited to the direct cost of rectifying the works and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit).
