Concrete piles need days to cure before you can build on them. Screw piles don't use concrete at all - they're steel shafts with helical blades that twist into the ground. Once installed, you can load them immediately.
And here's what makes them unique: if your plans change, or the structure is temporary, screw piles can be extracted and reused on another project. No waste, no permanent ground disturbance.
